What We Expect
You will be expected to provide appropriate end points, IP addresses and credentials in order to allow Skyscanner access to the API. Please supply sufficient documentation so that we can access and integrate with your API and logos for your brand. This should be sent to the partner success team. We also require that you fill in our pre-integration survey with as much detail as possible so that we can check API compatibility prior to any development work being started. This will be sent to you by our commercial account manager.
In addition, we will request that you whitelist a range of our internal IP Addresses to prevent any issues accessing API. Skyscanner may notify you in the future of other IP addresses we require to be whitelisted so please ensure you can accomodate this. You can get an up to date list of our IP addresses by contacting us.
We also stipulate that you will respond to as many API requests as possible, in under 10 seconds. Skyscanner may ignore any API responses that exceed this time, which may impact on visibility, traffic and revenue for you.
What technology we support in integrations:
We support both:
RESTful (REpresentational State Transfer) web APIs
SOAP-based (Simple Object Access Protocol) service APIs
