As part of our commitment to deliver the best technical support to our partners, the Skyscanner Partner Success Team are now providing the Live Chat functionality on our Partner Support pages.
Initially, the chat will be available between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. UK time, Monday to Friday. It is best suited for quick technical queries. For more complex questions or requests requiring action on the Skyscanner side (for example, changes to the integration), it is still best to raise a ticket using the “Submit a request” form.
In order to use the chat functionality, please ensure that you are logged into your Skyscanner Partner Support account. Once logged in, you will be able to see the green "Chat" button at the bottom-right of the screen. When contacting us, please provide us with as much information as possible so that we can help you more efficiently.
As this is a new initiative, we might make changes to times and availability of this functionality. We are also always open to feedback on how we can improve further.
