We’re temporarily freezing the Quality Ratings we show travellers. Travellers will see Quality Ratings as they appeared on 2nd March 2020 (the date before widespread global travel restrictions came into full force).
Why are scores being frozen?
COVID-19 has led to an unprecedented increase in user complaints and we recognise that many of the issues being identified by travellers are outside of the control of travel providers.
How long will this last?
Until the scores naturally return to their pre-COVID-19 crisis state.
Can we see our latest score?
Yes, these scores will be published in the Partner Portal. That means the score you see will be different to the score travellers see for now. By continuing to collect feedback and generate scores during this time we can help you track how travellers feel about your services and allow us to monitor when is best to switch the publishing of scores back on
