If you are a new user to the portal or you are an existing user but it has been more than 30 days since you last logged in then within the portal you will be presented with the below log in page. You will be asked to enter the email address of your account and will be given the option to select either receiving a one-time web link or a 20-digit numerical code. These will be sent to your email address from email@example.com
You will then receive an email with your selected preference

Depending on your initial log in selection, you will either be presented with a screen to enter the 20-digit verification code or you will be prompted to select the weblink received or copy and paste this into your browser. Once this has been completed you should successfully be logged into the portal!
