An Online Travel Agent (OTA) will not appear in the Flights API response if it does not offer flights in the specific market you’re querying. OTA availability varies across different markets and each market may feature a unique set of partners.
We are glad to report that the Travel Insights report issue is now resolved.
The PriceCustomCurrency column was missing from some reports between 26/06/2025 and 30/06/2025.
A fix has been implemented and updated reports for this period are being re-sent to all partners.
