There are multiple ways of receiving your Travel Insights Data.
- SFTP
- AWS S3
- Google Cloud
- Self-serve Option
SFTP METHOD
Data on searches and redirects are delivered on a daily basis or historical data by uploading to your SFTP server.
Setup requirements
To set up the Travel Insights data delivery, we need your SFTP (secure File Transfer Protocol, an address we can send files to) details or S3 (Amazon Web Services) bucket details for sending the file.

SFTP Server details:
IP Allow ListAdditionally, you will have to allow our IP addresses to enable us to send files to your SFTP server. Please contact your Commercial Manager or Partner Services Manager to receive the IP addresses.

Please provide these details via our new request form or our Commercial Manager/Partner Services Manager will be asking you for those. We will use these to test the credentials and create your new Travel Insights subscription. After completing the test, we will work on the data transfer.
AWS S3 METHOD
Data on searches and redirects are delivered on a daily basis or historical data by uploading to your S3 bucket.
Setup requirements (Push)
To set up the Travel Insights data delivery, we need your S3 Bucket details for sending the file. The credentials and information will be asked by our Commercial Manager/Partner Services Manager.

GOOGLE CLOUD METHOD

Setup requirements (Push)
To set up the Travel Insights data delivery, we need your Google Cloud Bucket details for sending the file. The credentials and information will be asked by our Commercial Manager/Partner Services Manager.

SELF-SERVE METHOD
Data on searches and redirects can be downloaded from our partner portal.
Setup requirements
Please open a support request with us or reach out to your Commercial Manager first. After that we can arrange to open an account to our partner portal. Once the configuration step is complete, you are able to perform the following steps to access and download the report from partner portal.
Step 1: Login to Partner Portal
Use the following link to login to partner portal https://partnerportal.skyscanner.net/ti-reports-manager/:
Step 2: Open the TI Self Serve page
Once user is logged in they can refer to the following link on sidebar. Use the link to go to self serve page.
Step 3: Select filters
On opening the page, user can select following filters to identify the report(s) they need.
A. Select the TI Subscription: Out of multiple TI Subscriptions they can chose one subscription from dropdown
B. Select the data source: User can chose one of the enabled data source for given subscription (Redirects or Searches)
C. Select the date range: User can select date range to search for reports for given combination of subscription and data source. Date range can be maximum1 month at any point. This is mainly to reduce lot of queries to backend and better UX experience as we show all download links in same page.
Step 4: Fetch the reports
- Once the filters are selected, User can click on 'Apply' button to fetch the report information from the server
- If the report is available for given date there is a 'Download' icon in front of the date.
- If the report is not available or not generated there is 'Not Available' text in front of the date.
