Getting Started: Why did my application get rejected?

To keep our programme as efficient as possible, we have a strict set of guidlines when assessing partner applications. Below are some reasons your application might have been rejected:

• The website is not completed with content and working links

• The website is not secured with HTTPS status

• The website’s traffic volume is lower than 5,000 unique visitors per month

• The website is still in the pre-launched stage

• The website has lack of Travel content or content that is easily related to travel

• The website has not been updated for more than 1 year

• The website speed is slow

• The website and / or Travel Agent makes bookings on behalf of their customers

• The social channels have less than 1,000 followers
