We can confirm that our internal teams have investigated and resolved the issue that was responsible for the degradation of our Skyscanner Website and corresponding data. While the issue is resolved, some systems and data are still stabilizing and will do so over the next hours ,and days. What is the difference between Vendors & Agents?

For the purpose of our Car Hire vertical, we refer to vendors as the companies that actually rent out the cars, while the term Agents is used to refer to all the Supply Partners where the quotes are retrieved from; please note that Agents could also be Vendors.
