The Partner Trust dashboard provides a holistic view of data and actions to take relating to the “Recommended Provider” feature, which highlights partners who meet trust criteria as the best practice in each market. It enables you to see your performance against the trust metric criteria and aims to help you to better understand your performance gap and take actions to win the “Recommended Provider“ badge.
Data captured here is based on your Price Accuracy, Traveller Feedback, and Booking Conversion. Data is taken from the past 30 days and is refreshed on a weekly basis. And on the first Monday of every month, partners who have met certain criteria of these three metrics will be awarded a ‘Recommended provider’ badge which will be kept until next month. Please note that unlike the weekly data update in this dashboard, the badge shown to travellers is updated on the monthly basis. And the badge update date is displayed in the “Your recent performance” panel on the top of the dashboard.
Note: you may find the redirect and booking data on Partner Trust dashboard different from the Overview dashboard. This is because on Partner Trust dashboard, we filter out the redirects and bookings without valid price information (valid price means the price > 0) so that they can be categorized and calculated in different ABV buckets.
Brand Overview
The brand overview provides an overview of your brand’s performance on all trust metrics of each website. It gives a snapshot of your Price Accuracy, Traveller Feedback, Conversion and the gap from the metrics criteria by market. You can quickly find whether you are a “Recommended“ or “Standard“ provider in each market.
If you are a Partner Portal user for multiple brands, you can toggle between these using the “Brand” filter on the sidebar.
Website View
The Website View allows you to select one specific website and market to deep dive into the performance. To switch between markets and websites, you can use the “Market” and “Website” filters on the sidebar.
Here, you can see your most recent performance on the three trust metrics: Price Accuracy, Traveller Feedback, and Conversion. It shows the gap from the threshold, what actions need to be taken, and historical trend of your performance. This is the place where you can track your trust metrics on the same page and quickly find how to improve it. And there are also links redirecting to Price Accuracy Portal and Traveller Feedback Portal page to allow you to check more details on these metrics.
Export Reports
The Export Reports page allows you to download the current and historical data report. There is a preview of the current data report and you can click the “…” icon on the upper right corner of each table to download the data in an Excel file. You can also select the historical data report via the “Report download” filter on the sidebar.
