Why does the Browse Cache API not match that of the live pricing?

Our Browse Cache Service stores the live pricing search results made by every user on the Skyscanner website or from a supply partner. As we are not legally allowed to keep them around for longer, we store them up to 15 days. This guarantees we provide updated results and manage the expectations of our users. However, this also means that for less popular routes the cache can be out of date and may not have any results for that journey.

As flight prices change by the second, our browse prices are often used as a good indicator of a certain route. See the usage on the Skyscanner website by searching for a month or to a country/everywhere.
