Having an accessible website means that all travellers can successfully book travel.
Travellers with disabilities are often excluded from using websites and apps as digital accessibility can be easily forgotten about or missed. It’s a relatively new discipline, but such an important one to start thinking about now.
We’ve been running our accessibility programme since 2020, and we’re pleased to say the accessibility of our products is improving every day, making it possible for disabled travellers to use Skyscanner. We recognise that it’s a process, and while we’re far from perfect, we’ve made great progress. We want to pass on our learnings, so we’re here to help you get started, or boost your existing efforts in making travel planning and booking more accessible for everyone.
