Overview
This dashboard provides insights into your Conversion Success Rate using data from Downstream Visibility (DV), offering a view of conversion performance based on the number of DV Landing Events and DV Conversion Events.
Data Source
As this dashboard relies exclusively on data received through DV tracking, it only reflects the events you send us via DV and excludes any other data reported through Skyscanner. Therefore, the figures may differ from the CVR provided by your commercial manager or other sources that use metrics such as bookings, exits, or sessions.
DV Conversion Success Rate on this dashboard is calculated as Conversion Events divided by Landing Events, and is not calculated with bookings over exits or sessions.
Definitions
Below are the definitions of the DV data used to calculate the DV Conversion Success Rate:
DV Conversion Success Rate |
Conversion events / Landing events |
Conversion Events | Events triggered after payment is completed |
Landing Events |
Events triggered when a traveller lands on your website from a Skyscanner redirect, before payment is completed |
Data Reliability
Since the data in this dashboard relies on DV tracking, its reliability depends on the accuracy and health of your DV integration metrics. The following reflects the health of your DV integration metrics:
-
If the data quality is marked as 'good,' it suggests that the data is reliable and that there are no issues with your DV integration metrics.
-
If the data quality is marked as 'bad,' it suggests that the data may not be as reliable. Click here: Downstream Visibility Dashboard to check for any declines in DV integration metrics such as coverage and validity.
