There are multiple ways of receiving your Travel Insights Data.
- SFTP
- AWS S3
- Windows Azure Storage Blob (WASB)
- Google Cloud
- Self-serve Option
SFTP METHOD
Searches and redirects data are uploaded to your SFTP server.
To set up the Travel Insights data delivery, we need your SFTP details. The credentials and information will be asked for by our Commercial Manager/Partner Services Manager.

AWS S3 METHOD
Searches and redirects data are uploaded to your S3 bucket.

To set up the Travel Insights data delivery, we need your S3 Bucket details. The credentials and information will be asked for by our Commercial Manager/Partner Services Manager.

VPC Allow List Partners who wish to restrict access to their bucket can use the following policy to allow VPC's S3 Bucket Policy for VPC restrictions

WINDOWS AZURE STORAGE BLOB (WASB) METHOD
Searches and redirects data are uploaded to your WASB container.
To set up the Travel Insights data delivery, we need your WASB details. The credentials and information will be asked for by our Commercial Manager/Partner Services Manager.

GOOGLE CLOUD METHOD
Searches and redirects data are uploaded to your Google Cloud bucket.

SELF-SERVE METHOD
Data on searches and redirects can be downloaded from our Partner Portal.
Setup requirements
Please open a support request with us or reach out to your Commercial Manager first. After that, we can arrange to open an account to our Partner Portal. Once the configuration step is complete, you are able to perform the following steps to access and download the report from Partner Portal.
Step 1: Login to Partner Portal
Use the following link to log into Partner Portal https://partnerportal.skyscanner.net/ti-reports-manager/:
Step 2: Open the TI Self-Serve page
Once logged in, select Data Products >> Travel Insights Report from the top menu.
Step 3: Select filters
On the Self-Serve, use the filters to identify the reports you wish to download.
A. Select the Travel Insights Subscription
B. Select the data source: Redirects or Searches
C. Select the date range: you can select a date range to search for reports for a given combination of subscription and data source. The date range can be a maximum of 1 month at any point.
Step 4: Fetch the reports
- Once the filters are selected, click on the 'Apply' button to fetch the report information from the server
- If the report is available for a given date there is a 'Download' icon in front of the date.
- If the report is not available or not generated there is 'Not Available' text in front of the date.
