Currently, our star rating update is a manual process. We aim to update these every few months so it may be likely that these are out of date. If you have a source of rating that exceeds the number of ratings currently presented on skyscanner, please get in touch and we can update these.
We aim to use the highest number of ratings by using recognised rating sites that are relevant and localised to each brand. We will always use the source that provides the highest number of ratings as opposed to the rating score.
