If some results are missing on our end for certain locations, this could be due to several reasons, some of these are:
- The feed where we obtain your locations does not provide certain fields in API the response, which we require to parse quotes (SIPP code, price, currency, car name). Please review this before contacting us. If you have reviewed this and you are providing all mandatory information then it may be that we do not have the most up to date list of locations.
- We do not have this location stored for you. We may need to refresh locations. If your locations are provided within the API, we can do this automatically. If not, we will require a copy of your most up to date locations ensuring you include:
- IATA codes for airport locations.
- A full mapping of internal ID's for each location.
- Geographic coordinates for downtown locations (latitude/longitude).
- The SIPP code provided is invalid:
- If the SIPP code has less than two letters.
- The first letter of the SIPP code provided is not 'C', 'D', 'E', 'F', 'G', 'H', 'I', 'J', 'L', 'M', 'N', 'O', 'P', 'R', 'S', 'U' or 'W'.
- The second letter of the SIPP code provided is not 'B', 'C', 'D', 'W', 'V', 'S', 'T', 'F', 'J', 'P', 'Q', 'E', 'M', 'R', 'H', 'Y', 'N', 'G' or 'K'.
- The quotes might be filtered due to:
- The response of your API provides an invalid price, for example, a minus price.
- The radius of the search is greater than 20 KM from the location.
- Is not the lower price offered.
- The quote does not include CDW (if the quote is not in CA, US, or MX, CDW must be provided).
- It may not be related to a specific location issue and could be due to general API failure.
If after reviewing your API response it does not match any of the above, please contact us.
