There are few reasons why quotes may be not present on Skyscanner results page.
1. Route/Market settings don't allow this search.
This means you may not be live in this point of sale market or you may not offer that route configuration (as far as we are aware). In this case, API request will not be sent. Please ensure that you are supported in this market and that we have the most up to date route configuration

2. Results were filtered out.
In this case, API request was sent and we have received a valid API response, however some or all results have been removed by post-processing filters.

3. We've received an invalid or empty API response.
We sent an API request however the response was an error or "no quote" i.e no availability on this route on these days. Our Partner Portal provides data on percentages of failures and 'No quotes' so please ensure you sign up to access this. If you do not have an account please reach out to your commercial account manager for access.
4. The response timed out.
By default, the Skyscanner systems wait for up to 30 seconds for a single request to our partners. If needed, this can be increased to up to 60 seconds, which is also the maximum wait time of the entire search request.
For example, if there is one requests required to get all prices, and it takes around 35 seconds, we can adjust this and still receive the prices. However, if there are two consecutive requests required, each taking 35 seconds, our systems are likely to time out, as the maximum total wait time is 60 seconds.
