Daily conversion rates are updated once per day from the XE.com API; the rates are locked-in at 1700 UTC but may take an hour or two after that to propagate through various layers of service cache. Historical rates are not maintained as we only get 'live' daily rates.
We are glad to report that the Travel Insights report issue is now resolved.
The PriceCustomCurrency column was missing from some reports between 26/06/2025 and 30/06/2025.
A fix has been implemented and updated reports for this period are being re-sent to all partners.
