In new v5 reports a better job of identical search events de-duplication is done. If a traveller makes an identical search in the same environment (device, browser), we no longer count those instances as individual searches, these are combined as a single search intent and counted as one.

We can confirm that our internal teams have investigated and resolved the issue that was responsible for the degradation of our Skyscanner Website and corresponding data. While the issue is resolved, some systems and data are still stabilizing and will do so over the next hours ,and days.
