We can confirm that our internal teams have investigated and resolved the issue that was responsible for the degradation of our Skyscanner Website and corresponding data. While the issue is resolved, some systems and data are still stabilizing and will do so over the next hours ,and days.

If the same person makes a search on desktop and then on a mobile device does the session ID follow them? (ie. can we tell that it was the same user making the search? How long do we keep the same sessionID for?
