We are glad to report that the Travel Insights report issue is now resolved.
The PriceCustomCurrency column was missing from some reports between 26/06/2025 and 30/06/2025.
A fix has been implemented and updated reports for this period are being re-sent to all partners.

If the same person makes a search on desktop and then on a mobile device does the session ID follow them? (ie. can we tell that it was the same user making the search? How long do we keep the same sessionID for?

The Session ID will follow the user only if the user is logged in on both devices (desktop and mobile), otherwise not. The SessionID is recalculated every 30 days
