In Partner Portal we filter out events without certain values (when device type is not available in particular - this would affect charts and other reporting). However, in TI reports we have no such filtering and include all events in redirects reports, even if they don’t have the device type (mobile/desktop/app). That’s why in TI redirects we experience about 7% more redirect events.
We are glad to report that the Travel Insights report issue is now resolved.
The PriceCustomCurrency column was missing from some reports between 26/06/2025 and 30/06/2025.
A fix has been implemented and updated reports for this period are being re-sent to all partners.
