Once a commercial agreement is in place and our Partner Services team has reached out to you for all the relevant technical documentation, we will go ahead with our pre-integration test and then once completed we can move the integration into our development queue.
When our partner engineers pick this up, the initial stage of the integration process involves parsing the inventory data for the data release.
Following the completion of the Data Release and data merging, the API development phase commences. This entails implementing the deeplink and tracking functionalities. Then, the first round of smoke testing on the test environment takes place.
If no issues are identified during the testing phase, we proceed with deploying to our production (live) environment.
Once the Downstream Visibility integration has been completed, we have to validate this. A live test booking is made to ensure the tracking source ID is firing with all necessary parameters. We will then notify you that the integration has been completed successfully.
Although we cannot specify a fixed timeline for this process, we are committed to keeping you informed at every step. However, regarding setting a go-live date, regrettably, this is not something we can support.
