Our partner services team will contact you via our partner support portal.
They will follow up with your technical contact to obtain the relevant information required to start the technical integration. Please ensure you can provide the following:
- API Documentation
- API endpoints/credentials (if applicable)
- Brand Logos .png format:
- 120x60
- 120x30
- 60x30
- 220x80
- 110x40
- 1x High-quality PNG (640dpi)
- 3x SVG (sRGB color space) - (1x) Square Layout with Background, (1x) Landscape Layout without Background, (3x) Landscape Layout with Background. Dark mode would be a plus for us!
- The SVG Image format must follow our logo policy attached below
Please Note: We require full access to live environment only. We cannot proceed with an integration with test access. We also require you to install Downstream Visibility before any development work can be started. More information on this can be found here.
We will also supply you with a list of our IPs to ensure that you allow these to prevent us from any issues with accessing the API.
Once this information has been collated we will test the API to confirm compatibility.
