Can I have a list of all my properties which are currently live on Skyscanner?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to provide this level of detail.

However, what we can provide you with, is a report that provides a list of the properties that have been dropped/filtered out during our latest data release. This also provides further information on our data release, the de-duplication process and several ways to increase the likelihood of these properties being matched in the next data release.
