Partners must provide the total price the user will pay, including, but not limited to:

Service Charges (i.e. Cleaning fee, transportation fee, any fee tied directly to the hotel – not location taxes)

Prices will be shown differently according to the different markets.
There will be 2 different policies:

Prices exclude all taxes and fees

Markets: AR, BO, BR, CA, CL, CO, CR, CU, DO, EC, GT, HN, MX, NI, PA, PY, PE, PR, SV, US, UY, VE, IN

Markets: The rest of the markets

*Please note that “all taxes and fees included” taxes and fees must include all taxes and fees, regardless of whether they are paid via the website or at the selected accommodation.
For example
net price: $100, city tax $20 (pay at accommodation), resort fee $10 (pay at accommodation), and other taxes $20 (pay on the website)
The total cost displayed will be $150 (to be $120 paid on the website and $30 to be paid at the accommodation)
Skyscanner requires a Net and Total price field through the API as well as a breakdown of the various feed charged (as above). This is not currently a requirement but will allow Skyscanner to show a breakdown of prices in future if needed. If a partner is not able to provide the appropriate prices in any given market they will not be displayed in that market.
Skyscanner will conduct regular price accuracy testing, but failure to comply with the price policy will result in immediate removal from any affected market until they are able to meet the requirements.
