The integration will be divided into two categories
- pre-integration
- integration
PRE-INTEGRATION
Once you partner with us, we will kick start the pre-integration phase, where a Skyscanner Partner Services team member will reach out to you for the below.
- Pre-integration technical survey
- API related information, which includes API docs, endpoints, and credentials etc.
- Brand Logos in the format below (please make sure you send us the exact dimensions and file formats as below)
- png format:
- 1x 120x60
- 1x 120x30
- 1x 60x30
- 1x high-quality PNG (640dpi)
- 1x SVG (sRGB colour space)
- png format:
- Deeplinks information
- Other Technical Configurations (which will be covered in the Technical Survey)
Please note that a large portion of the integration process is normally due to partner communication in an attempt to gain information left out of the survey or documentation provided.
In order to provide the quickest possible integration with the Skyscanner website, you can:
- Fill in the pre-integration survey to the absolute best of your ability.
- Provide a technical contact that can respond promptly to any questions.
- Provide us with complete working example calls to your API that we can use during our technical pre-integration review.
- Make sure you have read and understand the FAQ's and the supporting technical requirements document.
Please Note: We require full access to live environment only. We cannot proceed with an integration with test access. We will also supply you with a list of IP's which you must safe-list in order to prevent us from having any API access issues. Once this information has been collated, we will test the API to confirm compatibility.
INTEGRATION
Once the pre-integration has been completed, it will be passed to our engineering team, who will build and complete the integration. Once this has been done and the requirements have been fulfilled, the integration will go-LIVE.
For any other technical queries, please contact our Partner Services team.
