Once your account has been set up in the Partner Portal all subscribed users will receive a welcome email.
Clicking the login button from the email will take you to the login page on the Partner Portal. All first-time users will have to set up a new password before logging in. They can also change the password from this page.
Once you have successfully logged into your account, you will have the choice to switch between Partner Portal and Travel Insight Vision organisation (if you have an account for both of these products).
The default organisation displayed is Partner Portal. To change an organisation click on the drop down on the right side corner.
Layout and Navigation
The Top Navigation Panel has the following segments

From both of these tabs you can access your Travel Insights Vision modules
Components
Typically each module has the following components:
Filters
Filtering options that enable you to slice and dice the data depending on your query.
Interaction
All filters follow a 2-step filter interaction process. Once selected, the filter appears with a light blue colour background. You are then prompted to Apply Changes. There is an indicator describing how many filters have been changed.
You have a choice to change one filter then apply or change multiple or all filters before applying the changes.
The arrow icon on the right of the filters will slide through the filter menu.
Once you have applied the changes, a notification will appear to indicate how many filters were changed.
Key Metrics
Displays an overall summary of key metrics such as the number of Searches, Covid-19 cases, Redirects and Average Fare Per Passenger.
Graphs
Display a graphical representation of searches and other key metrics trends. Pop-overs enhance the experience by displaying various key metrics along trend lines.
Table
Displays data in a tabular format. Note: the table is available in selected modules only.
Export
Downloads data in .xls format. Does not include a visual snapshot of charts and key metrics.
